We collect only the information needed to prepare and submit your Statement of Information: entity name and number, business addresses, officer/director or member/manager names and addresses, agent information, business type, your email, and the signer's name and title. We do not collect Social Security numbers or financial account information. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers necessary to deliver the service (e.g., payment processing, document generation, mail delivery) and with the California Secretary of State as part of your filing.
The contents of a filed Statement of Information become public record with the State of California — that is true no matter how the form is filed, by us or by you.
We retain order records and filed copies so we can provide you proof of filing and deadline reminders. You may unsubscribe from reminders at any time via the link in any reminder email, and you may request deletion of your data by emailing support@statementdue.com (we may retain records we are legally required to keep).
